Delicious Turkey Burgers
From the Nutrition Twins: These lean burgers are delicious and healthy! So serve ‘em up on Memorial Day weekend and year round!
Ingredients
Directions:
1) Mix all ingredients (excluding cooking spray and whole grain buns) in a large bowl.
2) Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, making each into a 3/4-inch-thick patty.
3) Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat until hot.
4) Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.
5) Serve on buns with a side of steamed spinach.
4 servings: Each burger with bun: 327 calories, 27 grams
protein, 31 grams carbohydrates, 9 grams fat, 2 grams saturated fat,
